Where is the rest of my coffee?

Your coffee will be shipped to you directly from the roaster. Multiple items purchased from different roasters in the same cart will be roasted and shipped separately by different roasters.

 

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of roasting. Once your coffee is sent by the roaster, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow the status of your order.

 

Please note that roasters have set individual roasting schedules, and many do not roast over the weekend. If you have any questions about the status of your order please do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@gocupper.com
